NO RETURNS: Once garments are collected and processing begins, there is no return or reversal of the service. Cleaning services are consumable in nature and cannot be "undone".
NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMER ERRORS: We do not issue refunds for incorrect pickup details, wrong address, wrong phone number, missed pickup, refusal at door, or any delay caused by customer unavailability.
INSPECTION & LIABILITY LIMIT: You must inspect garments at the time of delivery. Any claim raised after delivery completion will be treated as void. Our liability, if proven solely due to our fault, is strictly limited to the service charge paid for that specific item. We do not cover consequential losses, sentimental value, or brand value.
PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as tears, shrinking, colour bleed, weak fabric, accessories, embellishments, or manufacturer defects. Some fabrics may react to cleaning due to inherent properties.
STAIN REMOVAL DISCLAIMER: Stain removal is performed on a best-effort basis. Certain stains are permanent. Lack of full stain removal is not a refund reason.
REFUND EXCEPTIONS (RARE): Refunds may be issued only if we fail to provide the service after collection, or if a verified and documented incident is solely caused by our negligence. Any refund decision is at management’s absolute discretion.
CHARGE-BACKS / PAYMENT DISPUTES: Any chargeback or payment dispute raised without first contacting support will be treated as a breach of terms. We reserve the right to suspend services and block the customer profile.
